Sometimes you have to adapt when circumstances aren't in your favour. John Maxwell is an internationally recognised leadership speaker. He's in demand. If he can squeeze a one day conference in Mauritius into his tight schedule it's the opportunity of a lifetime. Our client had only one question: John Maxwell is holding a conference in less than two months. Can you help us?

In marketing, time is a valuable commodity. Successful campaigns don't produce results overnight.

Our first step on accepting the challenge was to build an identity for the marketing campaign. The marketing materials had to be consistent. We know that it is this cohesion and consistency that ultimately affirms your message into the subconcious of the audience. We quickly identified the key elements that would form the base of the campaign's identity.

John is a leadership speaker so our idea was to pick a quote that grab attention and summarise the values of his teachings. One that would convey an impactful message in such a short time. A phrase that would be thought provoking enough
Everything rises and falls
on leadership
The quote worked for us on so many levels. It's visual, it's powerful, and it's profound enough to strike a chord with its intended audience.
Billboards
Nothing makes a lasting visual impact more than a large well placed billboard at key locations on routes in to and out of the capital city. Location and size was preferred to a larger network of smaller sites in non strategic locations in rural areas.
E-communications
When you have an important leadership speaker like John. It's quality rather than quantity. We helped develop a shortlist to target individuals at key levels of management. An audience who would be most receptive to the conference and who would benefit the most.
Media Campaign
We looked to the usual media channels to assist in raising awareness about the conference. It was important to select the most highly visible front page placements in newspapers for maximum effect. We supported the campaign with a carefully scripted radio advert that contained the key phrases and words we deemed paramount to engage and inspire the listener.
